Set Your Mobile APN to

APN: blackberryx.net

Password and username leave it empty

Set the downloaded Psiphon on Android to the below:
>>Proxy type: Real Host
>>Proxy server: blackberryid.blackberry.com
>>Hit the Save button
>>Go to your More Option settings and un-tick connect through Http Proxy
Then wait for few seconds for it to Connect.
Make sure you keep rocking it before Etisalat change their mind.
